SCEDA Legislative Call To Action: Site Readiness Funding
SCEDA Members,
SCEDA needs your help to secure funding for Industrial Site Readiness, called LocateSC.
Last year, with the help from you and SC Commerce, we were able to secure $80M for Industrial Site Readiness. That was one of the largest appropriations in the entire State budget!
We must not stop there. We need you to call or text your House member and Senator to thank them for the $80M and let them know we need another multi-million dollar appropriation this year to keep the momentum going and to stay competitive with other states.
Let them know that site readiness is one of the largest drivers of investment. And, this LocateSC money is vital to our ability to attract industry to South Carolina.
