SCEDA Local Developer members are invited to attend its Local Developer Lunch and Learn on February 4, 2025 from 12:00 – 1:30 pm to be held at the Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd Meeting Room located at 1201 Main Street 22nd Floor, Columbia SC.
Brooks Hearn with Chernoff Newman will speak on Communicating With Local Media. Engaging with the media and the public is part of every local developers’ job description. This interactive session will discuss common scenarios and communication strategies to help you feel prepared and avoid “gotcha” moments and other surprises.
Eligible members to attend the Lunch and Learn include economic development professionals employed by a municipal, county and/or regional economic development organization.
